We rent our 27 sqm, bright, stylish designer apartment in a villa on the edge of the forest with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains and only 5 minutes from the skiresort / gondola lift. Garden can be shared.
The apartment is in the ground floor and accessible via a small step directly from the car via a separate entrance. Free parking in front of the house next to the garden.
The completely new renovated apartment offers in the living room space for a cozy 1.60m wide bed, a fully equipped Dan kitchen, a small desk with free Wi-Fi, Smart TV for your favourite streaming apps, dining table, wardrobe and a beautiful view to the Garden, the ski area and the Tyrolean mountains.
Bathroom: The Italian design bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, washing machine, towel dryer and washbasin.
In the kitchen you will find fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic cooking field, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary crockery. As a welcome gift, the refrigerator is filled with a variety of freshly chilled drinks!
Children: Children are welcome! For the little ones we provide an extra bed in which an adult can sleep comfortably.
Parking spaces in front of the house are always available.
Transport: The location is very convenient. Public transport can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Innsbruck can be reached within 20 minutes by car, South Tyrol and the Brenner Pass are only a 15-minute drive away. Steinach am Brenner is a perfect starting point for countless hikes and mountain tours in the nearby mountain valleys of the Wipptal valley.
We are both Tyrolean mountain hiking guides and can give you good tips, or even put together self-guided packages with GPX routes and detailed hiking descriptions for every taste.
With the inclusive Wipptaler Guest Card you get many discounts (up to -50%) on summer lift tickets, 50% admission to the bouldering hall and fitness center with sauna, toboggan rental and free snowshoe rental, as well as guided tours.
Facilities
Bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed and a desk. If you are traveling with children, for the little ones we offer an extra normal-size bed, in which an adult could also sleep comfortably.

Amazing! Very calm and peaceful environment
The place was amazing! Very calm and peaceful environment with a beautiful view of the mountains. The flat was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we could have possibly needed. Carmen and Joakim have been very responsive and welcoming to their flat. The check-in process was easy and they were very friendly. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Excellent location!
Excellent location! The apartment is in a marvellous spot with great views, yet close to a supermarket and the main road. The space is stylish, beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, including all the amenities one could wish for. Carmen and Joachim are not only outstanding hosts but also wonderful people. We're very fortunate to have made their acquaintance. They are very good with communication and gave us plenty of amazing local tips. As we only stayed for a weekend, there was unfortunately too little time for all those great places. We sure will be back to explore more of the area. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything.

Great place
Great place in the middle of the Tiroler mountains. It was easy to find and Carmen and Joakim have been super kind and helpful to us. The place was sparkling clean and the hotel quality bed will definitely give you a good night rest. Perfect place as a base to discover some beautiful nature. Would 100% recommend this place!

Perfect location
We spent 10 days here and would absolutely do it again! The place was clean, cozy (dimmable lighting was a nice touch!) and comfortable. The perfect location to use as a home base for lots of hiking and mountain activities. The village has a wonderful bakery and a few great restaurants but also 20 mins from Innsbruck! The hosts have so much useful information about the surrounding areas and are so quick to respond to all your questions, also very friendly and welcoming! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
